Christof holds a Ph.D. in organizational psychology. For more than 15 years he is specialized as in Management Audits and AssessmentCenters. He is specialist for case study writing and designing of competence models. Dr. Obermann is the author of the leading German scientific textbook on the assessment center method. He is a member of the norming group for quality standards on Management Assessments and Audits and visiting professor of the Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
