Dr. Kai-Guang Liang has over 20 years experience in the field of leadership assessment & development, executive coaching, competence modeling, talent management, and organizational change. He is one of the pioneers in assessment center research and practices in China. Previously Dr. Liang served as the chief representative and the deputy general manager with Personnel Decisions International Shanghai Office (1999 – 2002). Prior to this, he had worked as a consultant at AT&T's Sourcing & Selection Group in New Jersey (1997-1999).
He received an M.S. in Managerial Psychology from Zhejiang University, a Ph.D. from the Old Dominion University in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
