Lufei Bao has devoted her work to both executive assessment and strategy management and supply chain management consulting in China. She is specialized in assessing business related competencies at the senior executive level such as strategic thinking, business acumen, decision making, innovation and change management, and entrepreneurship. She has led most significant Balanced Scorecard projects in China and has served many clients in various industries.

Previously, she worked as a senior product manager at Liz Clairborne in the US. She earned MBA degree at Simmons College in Boston.
